TERMS OF USE CLASSIFIEDSHERE (THE PROVIDER)

Classifiedshere (the Provider) provides a computer site facility (the Site) to users (the User) to exchange information and to advertise items for sale rent lease and related facilities as determined by the Provider from time to time subject to the following terms and conditions . By using the Site the User binds the User to the following terms and conditions of use:

1. Ownership

The name Classifiedshere cannot be used without the Provider's consent in writing. The User acknowledges that all content on the Site and all software used to operate the Site including but not limited to photographs , text images, messages, logos, designs and messages in bulletin boards or forums is the property of the Provider (the Provider's Property).

The User must not use or reproduce or allow anyone to use or reproduce the Provider's Property without the written consent of the Provider. The User must not copy, reverse engineer or modify any of the Provider's Property used in the Site.

2. Posting Content

The Provider reserves the right to delete or edit Site content at its sole discretion and to terminate access to or use of the Facility.

The User must not:

(a) post material in a bulletin board of a forum or discussion group that contains advertising or 'spam';

(b) publish anything which invades personal privacy, is pornographic or obscene, incites violence, violates copyright or;

(c) publish anything containing a virus or code designed to interrupt the Site.

(d) publish any content containing financial advice or recommendations regarding shares;

(e) publish anything defamatory, indecent, threatening, misleading or otherwise containing illegal content; or

The User must comply with all further rules and requirements for use of the Site as determined by the Provider from time to time.

By posting material to the Site you allow the Provider to modify, reproduce or distribute its content in any form determined by the Provider and you waive any moral rights that you may have to that material.

3. Exclusion of liability

The Provider is not liable to the User for any loss or damage arising directly indirectly or consequentially from or connected with the User's use of the Site.

4. Facility Exclusion of Warranty

The Provider makes the Site available on an as is basis and excludes all express or implied warranties. The Provider makes no warranty about the accuracy or completeness of the material on the Site or any third party site linked from or to the Site. The User should satisfy the User through the User's own enquiries as to the condition or suitability of any item or service offered by the Provider through the Site. The Provider does not warrant that the site will not be interrupted or that it will be free of errors or that the site is secure.

5. Termination

The Provider may immediately on notice and without providing reasons to the User and at the Provider's discretion terminate your access to all or part of the Site .

6. Indemnity

The User indemnifies the Provider and the Provider's officers from any claims and expenses (including legal costs) related to:

(a) the User's use of the Site;

(b) any material posted or placed by the User on the Site; or

(c) the User's breach of these terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms of use are governed by the laws of Victoria.

8. Privacy

The Provider's privacy policy sets out details of how the User's personal information may be used by the Provider.
